This app helps with mindfulness and meditation, but takes your schedule into account. Buddhify understands that it can be hard to pencil in time to meditate. The app provides custom meditations that relate to 15 different scenarios. Traveling? They have a specific audio track to calm your senses on the go. Need help going to sleep? There’s one designed for that too.

We put a lot of time into making our bodies stronger, but what about our brains? Luminosity helps you strengthen your memory and attention through a series of games. Designed by neuroscientists, the app has short activities that you tackle daily to give your brain a workout. You can even track your results and see how you improve over time.

The Pomodoro technique is a time management system where you divide up your to-do list into 25-minute intervals, with short breaks between each. Having a few minutes to relax and decompress between activities is thought to boost productivity. This app uses timer settings to help you incorporate the method into your daily tasks.
