Long periods of cardio are often associated with how to get fit and achieve the body you want, especially if you’re trying to lose weight. It’s important to know, however, that that’s not the only type of training you should engage in if you want to better your health.

Anna Kaiser, founder of AKT InMotion, recently met up with Well + Good at EVEN Hotel’s newest spot in New York City to discuss the different impact cardio and strength training can have on the body, and why it’s important to incorporate both.
